Ordering Process
If you are ordering a
baby gift or basket that is offered directly through our site
you will be provided with an "add to shopping cart" button
which takes you through our secure on-line order process.
Ordering online ensures the most accuracy and efficiency in
processing your order.
*Most Delivery Charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart and are
"Estimates" Only. Charges may be more if you
order more than one
item or if you did not select a shipping method at all.
If you are still
uncomfortable with ordering on-line, please feel free to call
us during normal business hours and we would be happy to take
your order over the phone.
An order made through our
shopping cart will provide you with an order confirmation. If
you place your order over the phone, an order confirmation
will be emailed shortly afterwards showing your total and
shipping address.
Regardless of how you
place your order...We will email a tracking number to you (we
are not responsible for emailing tracking info if an incorrect
email address was given) within 24 hours of shipment.
*Please note: We have found that sometimes our sales receipts
will go to spam folders especially if a business email was
provided to us so please check your spam folder if you think
you should have received a sales receipt or call us, we can
also fax it to you if needed.
All other
gift items and party supplies are ordered directly through
that vendor by clicking on the link or picture provided.
Image and full product descriptions are given with the option
of purchasing directly through that site. Questions and
concerns are usually most efficient by contacting them
directly.
*The
vendors listed on this site provide their own fulfillment and
customer service and maintain the right of control of
merchandise availability and price. All of the Vendors handle
their own Credit Processing on their SECURE server and all
shipping of your purchases. In other words you are not
purchasing those particular products from this website.

All credit card payments are processed through our own

Changes To Orders &
Returns
*Call us
immediately if a change in your order is necessary.
We can make changes to items that have
not yet shipped. Returns may be made within 30 days of
purchase with a receipt of purchase excluding our diaper
cakes. Please see below for details.
*Gift items ordered
on our site are always shipped out in perfect condition
however, due to means beyond our control, occasionally gift
items may be damaged during shipment. In this case, please
contact us right away so a call ticket can be issued to pick
up the damaged item and a replacement gift shipped.
Personalized
Items
*Please
double check the spelling and personalized information!
Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective,
or we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will
be fixed or replaced. We do not offer refunds on personalized
items. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make
your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in
ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Allow
4-5 days processing time for most personalized items.
Diaper Cake Orders
*Cancellation/Re-Stocking Fees:
All Diaper Cake order cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt
of order. Orders cancelled after a 24 hour period will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Refund will be total order price, less the 20% restocking
fee.
Returns
If your
gift item was damaged during shipment, we will offer a
replacement on damaged goods but do not offer a credit to our
store. Any returns must be made by the actual purchaser of the
gift item as we will not accept returns by recipients ~ no
exceptions!
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Photos may show items that are seasonal or
no longer available. We reserve the right to replace items with another of
equal or greater value based on availability.
Sales Tax
*Michigan sales tax (6%) will be assessed for all MI
residents. MI residents must check the box in order to
calculate tax on the order, if the box is left un-checked,
sales tax will still be added to the total and billed to the
customer.
Privacy Policy
*We value your privacy and your protection is of the
utmost of importance to us. Your personal information is used solely to
process your order and to send a sales receipt to you. If you sign up
for our newsletter, your email address is solely used to send it to you. We
