All credit card payments are processed through our own terminal through a phone line...not via over the internet, making our site one of the most secured sites on the web and your transaction extremely safe & secure.

Even with the best technology, no one can guarantee 100 percent security, and Stork Baby Gift Baskets does not make that guarantee. By using the site, you accept that you do so at your own risk.

If you are uncomfortable with ordering on-line, please feel free to call us during normal business hours and we would be happy to take your order over the phone.

ORDER PROCESS

Please be thorough when placing your order, incomplete orders may delay the order process. Make sure you include a vailid phone number and email address so we may contact you if necessary.

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation.  (It is very important that a valid email is entered, otherwise, you will not receive this.)  Please view your order confirmation immediately to ensure no errors were made and contact us if any corrections are necessary.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a sales receipt which will include a tracking number and shipping carrier info. See order processing estimates on individual product pages.

CHANGES TO ORDER

Call us immediately if a change in your order is necessary.  We can make changes to items that have not yet shipped.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Personalized Items - Diaper Cakes - All Custom-Made Items

Personalized Items - Please double check the spelling and personalized information!  Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or we have made an error in spelling or size.  These items will be fixed or replaced.  We do not offer refunds on personalized items. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.  Allow 4-5 days processing time for most personalized items.

Diaper Cakes - All Diaper Cake order cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders cancelled after a 24 hour period will be considered non-refundable.

Custom-Made Items - All of our hand-made items are considered custom made and our non-returnable.  See specific product pages for cancellation of order details.

Disclaimer: Sale item prices are subject to change at our discretion. Promotional discounts only valid at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with any other offer including coupons or discount codes. Any discount codes or coupon codes entered into shopping cart Will Not be honored on sale items and you will be charged accordingly. Discounts apply to merchandise only and do not apply to shipping fees or applicable sales taxes.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

Photos may show items that are seasonal or no longer available. We reserve the right to replace items with another of equal or greater value based on availability.

SALES TAX

*Michigan sales tax (6%) will be assessed for all MI residents. MI residents must check the box in order to calculate tax on the order, if the box is left un-checked, sales tax will still be added to the total and billed to the customer.
