Personalized Items - Diaper Cakes - All Custom-Made Items
Personalized Items - Please double check the spelling and personalized information! Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be fixed or replaced. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Allow 4-5 days processing time for most personalized items.
Diaper Cakes - All Diaper Cake order cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders cancelled after a 24 hour period will be considered non-refundable.
Custom-Made Items - All of our hand-made items are considered custom made and our non-returnable. See specific product pages for cancellation of order details.
