Thank you very much for your help. I have to tell you that I deal with DHL on a daily basis through my work. They warehouse and ship all of our product. It did not surprise me in the least that they delivered the product without a signature. They do this often and I spend at least 2 hours each day dealing with this same issue. You did exactly what I would've done. Thank you again for your prompt response. I will definitely recommend your website and commend your great customer service.

Hi Victoria,
Just a note to let you know that the person I sent these gifts to could not be happier with the baskets. She said the presentation was so beautiful that she didn't want to unwrap it! And she said the slippers with the spa set were the only things that would fit on her feet after the baby's birth!
I am interested in sending another basket to a friend -i was hoping to keep it around $120. The big question i have is... do you ship to Germany?? My friend's husband is in the army so they are stationed on a military base in Germany...can you tell me if this is possible and what if any additional charges there would be?
