This item was a gift for an employee, so I haven't seen the gift in person. However, we had an issue where, after I ordered it, I found out the employee had moved and had not updated his address. I reached out to customer service and they were able to put the order on hold while I obtained the correct address. After I sent it to them, they updated the order. Their customer service is fantastic, which is a rare treasure anymore.
