At Stork Baby Gift Baskets, we want your gift to arrive beautifully and on time. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it's delivered.
Processing time and shipping time are two separate factors — both must be considered when estimating delivery.
We ship orders in the sequence they are received and make every effort to meet estimated processing times. Shipping confirmation emails are sent as a courtesy and are not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Carriers are selected at our discretion and typically include FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Next Day and Overnight services are delivered the next business day.
Shipping rate options are available on each product page via the "View Shipping Map" link. A more precise shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to verify addresses at the time of purchase and cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If an item is returned to us due to an address issue, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost, any carrier return fees, and a 20% restocking fee.
If your package needs to be redirected due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the following fees apply:
Return Package Fee — A return fee of $19.95 (for ground shipments) will be passed on to the customer, plus the original shipping cost to reship. Per UPS policy, returned parcels are billed using the same service as originally shipped — Next Day Air parcels will be returned and billed as Next Day Air.
If a package is redirected multiple times, a redirect fee will be assessed each time.
USPS Returns — If your package was shipped via USPS and cannot be delivered due to an address issue, it will be returned to us as undeliverable. In that case, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item (excluding personalized gifts) minus the original shipping cost — or reship to the corrected address at the customer's expense.
APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories
Shipments to these locations may require additional shipping costs. We will contact you by email before processing your order so you have the option to cancel if needed. You're also welcome to contact us before ordering for a shipping quote. Please note that many of our products cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Hospitals & Schools
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date to hospitals or schools, as these institutions manage incoming packages through their own internal systems. Packages may be held in a mailroom before reaching the recipient. Orders shipped to hospitals or schools are non-refundable for reasons beyond our control.
Severe weather and natural disasters can impact delivery timelines. We recommend ordering early and factoring in potential weather conditions along your package's route. We assume no liability for packages lost, damaged, or delayed due to events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, theft, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund, as the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package or that your delivery location is secure.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the claim will be paid, we will replace the damaged item(s) or issue a refund limited to the damaged item(s) only — not the full order. If you'd like the order reshipped before the claim is settled, it will be treated as a new order and must be paid for in full. Please do not return damaged items unless instructed to do so.
If we make a mistake on your order, we will correct it, issue a refund, or exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
