the shipping time was shown separately from “processing time” and as a result, the gift arrived much later than expected — and made us appear thoughtless. We attempted to contact customer support about this issue and they were not concerned about our poor experience and simply closed the issue. I could excuse the time delay as being just the result of poor communication and user error, but the CS response was terrible. Won’t use this service again, or recommend to others.

This item was a gift for an employee, so I haven't seen the gift in person. However, we had an issue where, after I ordered it, I found out the employee had moved and had not updated his address.
I reached out to customer service and they were able to put the order on hold while I obtained the correct address. After I sent it to them, they updated the order.
Their customer service is fantastic, which is a rare treasure anymore.
Not satisfied at all with the product made very cheap for what it cost. Customer care was excellent at helping me get my refund and returning the item, would definitely not purchase it again.
