Refund Policy

GUARANTEES, RETURNS & REFUNDS: The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us at Stork Baby Gift Baskets. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will happily replace, refund or exchange items, upon receipt of the returned original product, within 7 days. Please contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt for an authorized return. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Email us at for return information and authorization.


Due to the fact that we work with many different designers, each with their own return polices...any returns must be made by the actual purchaser of the gift item as we will not accept returns or exchanges from recipients ~ no exceptions!  

A refund will be made to the original credit card used for purchase once we have received and approved the return, we do not give credits to our store for returned items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Refunds due to our error will be issued a call tag at our expense.
  • Refunds are for the product price minus shipping charges incurred.  (This includes our free ship items.  Your refund will be minus the cost of shipping from the original price charged.)
  • Refunds will be applied after we receive the gift in the original condition.
  • Personalized items cannot be refunded. There will be a 20% restocking charge to accommodate the items that can not be reused such as shrink, organza, gift cards, ribbons, shipping materials, and shipping boxes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Personalized Items - Please double check the spelling and personalized information!  Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or we have made an error in spelling or size.  These items will be fixed or replaced.

We do not offer refunds on personalized items as they cannot be re-sold. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a personalization mistake will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.  Allow 2-3 days processing time for most personalized items.

Trend-Lab Products including Crib Bedding & Bedding Accessories  -ALL products with (SKU: TLP) including all baskets and crib bedding sets and bedding accessories are shipped directly from the manufacturer with a no-return policy.  

Damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt. A photo of the damaged item may be requested.  Upon review, a call ticket may be issued to retrieve the item. All damaged items will be replaced with undamaged items.

Shipments due to customer's mistake will require the item be returned for the replacement under a new order. Shipments made by us or Trend-lab will be replaced.

Digital Gift Cards - Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
