Refund Policy
At Stork Baby Gift Baskets, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@storkbabygiftbaskets.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Only authorized returns will be accepted — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
- Be returned within 7 days of receipt
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note:
- Refunds are for the product price only — original shipping costs are deducted, including on orders that qualified for free shipping
- A 20% restocking fee applies to cover non-reusable materials such as shrink wrap, organza, gift cards, ribbons, and packaging
- Refunds are processed after we receive the item in its original condition
- We do not issue store credits for returned items
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized items — Please double-check all spelling and personalization details before submitting your order. Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective or if we made an error in spelling or sizing. In those cases, the item will be fixed or replaced at no cost to you.
- Sale items — All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Digital gift cards — All digital gift cards and digital invitation sales are final.
DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can make it right. A photo of the damaged item may be requested. Upon review, a call tag may be issued to retrieve the item, and damaged items will be replaced with undamaged ones.
If the shipment issue was due to a customer error, the item must be returned and a replacement processed as a new order.
OUR ERRORS
If we made a mistake on your order, we will issue a call tag at our expense and correct the error at no cost to you.
