FAQs - International Orders

It is the customer's responsibility to read and fully understand all policies before purchasing. Once an order has been placed, it is assumed you have read, understand and agreed to our policies.  Stork Baby Gift Baskets is not responsible for any negligence or failure to read our policies.

  • All international orders are shipped at customer's risk. We cannot guarantee delivery nor refund cost of any international order other than what the actual carrier will guarantee.

  • Any duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot tell you about another countries policies or how they handle incoming packages from the United States.  We recommend you contact the country directly or check with your recipient to be sure you understand if duties or taxes will be charged and all related policies.

  • What items will ship international?

    All items listed on our International Gifts page can ship internationally.

    How much does international shipping cost?

    International shipping is calculated using a number of factors, including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country/region.

    Current rates are available via the US Postal Service at checkout.  Enter your item(s) into the shopping cart and select country from the drop down box and enter shipping address for a "live rate" quote.

    *Actual shipping cost may be more then calculated in the shopping cart, if this is the case we will notify you and request the actual amount needed before processing your order. You may decline and your order will then be cancelled and refunded in full at that point.

    What if my international gift is lost or returned to you?

    Stork Baby Gift Baskets is not responsible for lost international packages , as stated above, shipping internationally is at your own risk.  If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to let you know and work out details at that point.

    Will my recipient have to pay duties or taxes on my gift?

    Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing this and cannot help in this situation.  We suggest you contact your recipient directly as they should know and understand their countries duties and tax laws.

    How can I track my international order?

    Once your gift item has shipped, we will email a tracking number to you in which you can track at www.usps.com

    We have found international tracking to be limited and therefore, we recommend double checking with your recipient to see if they actually received their gift. 

     Can I purchase your gift cards/certificates for my international recipient?

    Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally-shipped orders.
