You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive a wine basket from us. Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship wine to AZ, IN, KY, MI, MS, ND, TN or UT.
This basket must be signed for by an adult age 21 or older, who can provide proof of age. If you are sending a basket requiring an adult signature and are not sure if anybody will be home to sign for it, we strongly suggest you ship the basket to a work address, or to an address where somebody age 21 or older, who can provide proof of age, will be there to sign for it.

When ordering multiple items...only those that begin with the same product letters will ship together, otherwise, they will ship from separate locations and may arrive on different days.

We have no control over carrier deliveries once a package has left our facility. All packages are handled by the driver's discretion, he may leave packages at the door or elsewhere if no one is home.
