Wine Purchase Notice
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive a wine basket from us. Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship wine to AZ, IN, KY, MI, MS, ND, TN or UT.
This basket must be signed for by an adult age 21 or older who can provide proof of age. If you are sending a basket requiring an adult signature and are not sure anyone will be home to sign for it, we strongly suggest shipping it to a work address, or to an address where someone age 21 or older with proof of age will be there to sign for it.
When ordering multiple items...only those that begin with the same product letters will ship together, otherwise, they will ship from separate locations and may arrive on different days.
*Please note: We will always try to estimate which gift will arrive 1st and include a note that another gift is on it's way and will arrive shortly so your recipient knows to expect it.
We have no control over carrier deliveries once a package has left our facility. All packages are handled by the driver's discretion, he may leave packages at the door or elsewhere if no one is home.
*Please do not request that we call to make sure a recipient is home to receive package...we can not do so and will process the order without contacting you.
*We never include pricing with our gifts. A gift card or a packing slip may be included with a gift card message but never pricing.
